Dodoma Jiji FC receives Major Boost From Netsports Inc Limited

NETSPORTS Inc Limited, the county’s reputable manufacturers and sellers of all sports equipment have extended its investment footholds in Dodoma Capital City with an eye to support the Dodoma Jiji FC.

Undert the timely development, the Dar es Salaam- based company has so far designed, produced and opened a state-of-the-art sports equipment shop, the facility which will be marketing the team's jersey, and the other relevant equipment among other things. 

The investment which will be runned by the Dodoma Jiji  FC, include the mobile shop, that have been specific tailored to help dispensing the vital services to the soccer enthusiasts dwelling across the country’s Capital City, and at patriotic prices 

Speaking during the colorful event for the official inauguration of the potential investment,  the Director of Netsports Inc Limited, Mr. Simon Mkenda expressed that the development was part of his company's sponsorship towards the up- coming squad.

"We have decided to chip in and support the Dodom Jiji FC in different approach through ensuring the team's players are going into the pitch while adorning the  mesmerising outfits," he expounded.

He added, at the shop, the team's jerseys will be marketed at a reasonable prices of around 30,000/- saying the facility also comprises other vital sports gears for selling.

"The support, among others, focuses to give the team a meaningful morale to compete highly in the current season of the NMB Premium League," he expressed.

The event's chief guest, the Deputy Minister of Culture,  Arts and Sports, Mr. Hamisi Mwinjuma, in his brief remarks hailed the company for their timely intervention to assist the team.

"Dodoma Jiji FC is one among the crucial team in our country’s soccer corridor as the squad has a major task to represent and maintain the good image of the Tanzania Capitals," he observed. 

Together with that,  the young Minister added that the investment and support was a great milestone towards the team as there're are few teams, at least four, in Tanzania which possess such investment.

For his part, Dodoma District Commissioner ( DC), Mr Jabir Sheikhmweri said the investment was communicating a clear message on how professional the stakeholders,  including the Netsports Inc Limited, are seriously in supporting tye team.

"As the government,  we have really been impressed with your patriotic vision to chip in and support this team,  and we will stand at the forefront to roll out other needed supports in order to ensure the team performs well in their future games, " he assured. 

The DC similarly urged the football fans within the Capital City, and those from neighbouring regions to turn out in multitude and purchase the team's eye- catching outfits.
